Shunfeng Clean Energy (01165.HK) announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of 51% of the issued share capital of Jingneng Optoelectronics Group, and proposed that the consideration for the proposed acquisition should be fully paid by the company to issue and allot new shares.
