1. LED筒灯的散热系统:目前大功率LED光源发白光的光通量只达到100lm/w左右,理论上只有近1/3的电能转为可见光,多数电能转为热能。如果灯具的散热处理不好,芯片的P-N结升温高,LED筒灯芯片会很快损坏;
2. LED筒灯驱动电源:这个问题容易被忽视,通常LED筒灯芯片的寿命远大于驱动电源的寿命,经常发生LED筒灯不亮了,经检查发现其芯片未损坏,而是驱动电源出现故障,目前,非常好的驱动电源寿命已超过三万小时;
3. LED筒灯芯片质量,LED筒灯芯片是光源的核心部件,影响芯片质量有晶格缺陷、封装工艺及荧光粉的质量。
 
LED筒灯配件的种类
一般来说分为三大类:
1. 外壳套件(包含外壳,铝基板,螺丝,透镜(射灯天花灯等会用到)等),  
2. 电源(选择好质量的电源要注意,效率,PFC值,是否有过认证,保质几年等) 
3. 光源(好的光源首先是正规的芯片,封装厂的技术实力(同样的芯片每家厂家做出来的质量是不一样的,其中主要就是技术问题9,光源的质量(包含光源的光衰,色温的偏差,使用寿命等)

塑料筒灯外壳的散热性
最近塑料散热器也引起人们的注意。导热塑料按理导热功能好的资料通常都是导电功能好的资料,反过来导电功能差的塑料,其导热功能定然也差。这是势必的。因而明显金属要比塑料的导热性好。现实上也是如此。那么,是不是塑料就定然不能用来做散热器呢?并不如此!最近国际上研发布了多种导热塑料,其资料大多为以工程塑料和通用塑料为基材,如PP、ABS、PC、PA、LCP、PPS、PEEK等。然后在塑料中填充某些金属氧化物粉末、碳、纤维或陶瓷粉末而成。比如将聚苯 (PPS)与大颗粒氧化镁(40~325目)相融合就可以制成一种绝缘形的导热塑料。其典范的热传导率范围为1-20 W/m-K,某些品级可以达到100 W/m-K。这一数值粗略是传统塑料的5-100倍,一般塑料的热传导率只有0.2 W/m-K。 
 
COB筒灯外壳散热要求
1.铝材质要好,尽量形成导热散热于一体的效果,实现高效率导热及散热
2.多设计散热孔,与散热器外围的散热片导通,实现空气对流,将LED的热量向外排,同时通过散热片实现散热,从而实现高效散热。
3.散热器过电线处,应设计锁线装置,电线不易拉脱,符合安规要求。
4.散热器结构表面加工处理尽量圆滑无披锋,安全不伤手。
5.散热器的外形要新颖、美观,重量轻。
与普通的贴片式封装器件不同,COB面光源的支架属于非标型,而支架的设计直接关系到产品的散热和光效,在COB器件设计领域,支架的设计直接影响到产品的寿命及技术指标。传统的COB产品,芯片和散热的铝板之间有一层导热的绝缘胶,不利于芯片散热,光效也不理想,而COB面光源产品直接将芯片置于铝板上,散热结构设计更合理,一次配光设计更合理,出光效率更高。

Operating temperature range:

Micro Coreless Motor should be used at a temperature of -10~60℃.

The figures stated in the catalog specifications are based on use at  ordinary room temperature catalog specifications re based on use at ordinary room temperature  (approximately20~25℃.

If a Micro Coreless Motor is used outside the prescribed temperature range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.Depending on the temperature conditions ,it may be possible to deal with them by changing the grease of the motor's parts.Please feel free to consult with us about this.


Storage temperature range:

Hollow cup motor should be stored ta a temperature of -15~65℃.

In case of storage outside this range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.


Service life:

The longevity of hollow cup motor is greatly affected by the load conditions , the mode of operation,the environment of use ,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to check the conditions under which the product will actually be used .The following conditions will have a negative effect on longevity.Please consult with us should any of them apply.

●Use of a voltage that is nonstandard as regards the rated voltage

●Use outside the prescribed temperature or relative-humidity range,or in a special environment.
