Project Introduction
Distributed energy is a system of energy supply and comprehensive utilization of energy distributed on the user side. Wind energy, solar energy, gas power generation and other methods are all distributed energy utilization methods. Gas-fired power generation is one of the most stable distributed energy supply methods. An excellent combined heat and power system can increase the efficiency of gas-fired power generation to more than 95%. In April 2011, the National Energy Administration announced that it will build 1,000 natural gas distributed energy projects. In 2020, it will promote the use of distributed energy systems in large cities, with an installed capacity of 50 million kilowatts.
System specification
1. Advantech programmable controllers APAX-5620 and APAX IO modules are the main control equipment for on-site generators, and are responsible for on-site equipment status and generator operation system control;
2. Advantech data acquisition modules ADAM-6015 and ADAM-6017 are used as distributed acquisition generator oil temperature and oil pressure;
3. Advantech touch industrial grade thin client tablet PC TPC-1550H embedded in Advantech configuration software WebAccess software as the man-machine interface of the on-site generator, responsible for real-time monitoring, local equipment report management, and remote center data server docking;
4. Advantech industrial Ethernet switch EKI-2528 connects APAX-5620 with distributed ADAM-6000AI module and host computer TPC-1550H;
5. Advantech configuration software WebAccess monitors on-site equipment data, and is responsible for forwarding the data to the remote data center. The remote management data center WebAccess software is responsible for collecting the data from various places into the local database and providing operation and maintenance procedures for service center maintenance personnel
6. WAHistorian real-time industrial library is responsible for data storage in the data center.
