Fujian Province plans to establish a new LED lighting company with Taiwanese manufacturers to build a world-class semiconductor lighting manufacturer, and to seize the global lighting business opportunities, and plans to be listed on the A-share market in 2011. The Taiwan LED Street Light Industry Alliance said it did.
Taiwan LED Street Light Alliance was established by more than 20 related manufacturers. The main members include LED epitaxial wafer factory Huanyuan Optoelectronics (3061), Datong Group's backlight module LED lighting manufacturer Fuhua (8085), LED packaging manufacturer Yiguang (2393), Lite-On (2301) Invest in LED lighting company Guanglin and so on.
The new LED lighting company jointly established by the cross-strait planning will be jointly funded by cross-strait manufacturers. Taiwanese manufacturers will take up the work of technology and talents because they are leading in LED technology. The relevant units of the cross-strait cooperation in this cooperation signed a letter of intent for cooperation in October 2010. At present, the Fujian Province has already submitted a draft, and some Taiwanese manufacturers have already received the draft, which is undergoing evaluation.
Taiwan LED Street Light Alliance introduced, 2012 will be the LED lighting application broke out for 1 year, now is the timing of supply chain manufacturers card position. In 2011, Fujian Province of China plans to install 300,000 LED street lights. In 2012, it plans to install 600,000 LED street lights.
