This survey of consumers interviewed a total of 600 people, involving a major age range of 20-50. For males and females, males accounted for 48.0% and females accounted for 52.0%. The survey cities are mainly 23 cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. The occupational types cover the national civil servants, teachers, military personnel, corporate executives and general staff, self-employed, blue-collar workers and students, and many other groups. Their income ranges from 2,000 - 20000 yuan / month.

In the survey on consumers' understanding of the flat-panel television channels, we found that consumers mainly learn about flat-panel TVs through television advertising and the Internet, accounting for 74.2% and 72.7% respectively; 59.3% of fee-payers will also learn about shopping through the mall. However, only 37% of consumers understand flat-panel TVs through newspapers and magazines.

In the survey on the purchase channels of consumers' flat-panel TVs, we found that 74.7% of consumers trust more Suning, Gome and other home appliance chain stores, and 11.5% of consumers choose brand stores to buy flat-screen TVs and select department stores. (6.2%), general household appliances (3.5% for business), supermarkets (2.5%), and online shopping (1.5%) are generally less frequent consumers.

For the concept of advertisements advertised by merchants, consumers are impressed by concepts such as high-definition (84.2%), ultra-thin (69.5%), and environmental protection (67.7%). Others were digital TV (55.2%), 3D (44.3%), the Internet (43.5%), and celebrity endorsements (21.5%).
