In the past two years, these pure domestic LED street lamps have withstood the test of time and environment and have been widely praised by the general public.
At present, the high-end LED chips that occupy the core technology of LED street lamps used in major cities across the country are almost 100% dependent on imports. There are no more than 30% LED companies with independent packaging technology in China, and no more than 3% of companies that can independently develop and produce chips. The enterprises that can independently develop and produce high-power chips are rare. Inspur Huaguang took the lead in this field.
Under the support of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†863 Program “Semiconductor Lighting Projectâ€, Inspur Huaguang has made an important breakthrough in the “High-power GaN-based LED manufacturing technology based on SiC substrateâ€. This topic focuses on the key technologies of related SiC substrates, and has achieved breakthroughs and innovations in various technologies. Based on the high-power LED chip of sapphire substrate, the white light efficiency after packaging reaches 130lm/W or more.
Inspur Huaguang further improved the "production, study and research" model with Shandong University and other institutions, followed the "national thousand people, save 10,000 people" and other talent introduction programs, and strengthened with Japan's "Blu-ray father" Nakamura Shuji and Europe, America and Japan A series of measures such as the cooperation of Korean advanced manufacturers. It has obtained more than 160 various technical achievements, among which more than 40 technical achievements have reached domestic leading and international advanced level; 117 patent applications have been filed, including 95 invention patents; 48 have been authorized; and 25 have been included in the Ministry of Science and Technology. Government projects including the 863" plan, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the National Development and Reform Commission.
In addition, Inspur Huaguang said that it has formed strategic partnerships with the industry's outstanding high-power LED packaging companies and downstream well-known application companies. At present, a preliminary agreement has been reached. On the basis of the original cooperation, comprehensive cooperation on high-power LED chips will be carried out to achieve a strong alliance, establish an LED street lamp industry chain, and jointly promote the development of China's LED energy-saving and emission reduction business.
