The three operators in the Beijing area stipulated that the downtime of non-real-name users will be October 15th, and Jiangsu Province will stop all communication services for unnamed users on December 1. If the public is shut down in the normal use of mobile phones or landlines because they have not registered their real names, they need to bring the mobile phone Sim card and the original ID card to the local business office for registration. The communication service can be resumed after the real name.
