1. Project introduction

The project is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Financial Street and Minkang Road on the south side of Beijing's Second Ring Road. The project site occupies a prime location at the northern end of Financial Street. The east side of the site is adjacent to the 159 Middle School Teaching Building, and the south side is adjacent to the 159 Middle School Track and Field. The project is designed according to the standard of 5A modern intelligent office building, mainly used as a high-end business office in the core area of ​​Financial Street. Provide users with information, intelligent, safe and convenient office space. The total construction area of ​​the office building is 25,992 square meters, of which the above-ground building area is 14,882 square meters, and the underground building area is 11,110 square meters. The number of buildings: 10 floors above ground, 4 floors underground, height of building: 49.000 meters (daughter wall 檐 mouth)

The curtain wall project mainly includes several systems: the main curtain wall system includes aluminum alloy window curtain wall (including curved shape), exposed frame glass curtain wall, dry hanging stone curtain wall (including curved shape), hidden cable curtain wall, aluminum alloy grille, main entrance rain Canopy, stone honeycomb composite panel outdoor ceiling, stone bag column, stone shutters and metal shutters, outdoor glass fence, entrance door, spider man fixtures, etc.

2. Innovations in lighting design concepts and methods:

1) Design concept:

The night lighting design shapes the building through the light. In addition to the light and the building highlights its shape, it also captures the characteristics of the building and uses the light to portray the details to make it richer. Let the building show the charm and temperament that is different from the daytime at night, and add more enjoyability to the building at night.

2) Method innovation:

The key to lighting design is to express the most characteristic window structure of the building. In order to better hide the linear luminaires in the window section. During the construction drawing design phase, we communicated with the curtain wall design, leaving a recess in the window sill that can be embedded in the luminaire. The length of the designed luminaire also matches the length of the building sill. The luminaires are mounted in the recesses of the curtain wall by custom mounting clips. It has no effect on the appearance of the building and the function of opening the window.
