Our factory has developed a high-quality metal all-element analyzer, a comprehensive analytical instrument designed for precise material testing. It uses an electric high-frequency combustion furnace to burn samples, followed by infrared analysis for carbon and sulfur, and photoelectric colorimetric analysis for other elements. This single device is capable of analyzing a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant cast iron, and various types of alloy cast iron. It can accurately detect the content of elements such as C, S, Mn, P, Si, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, Ti, V, Al, W, Nb, Mg, rare earth, and more.
The analyzer also supports the detection of carbon and sulfur in non-metallic materials, making it a versatile tool for both metal and non-metal applications. The sample is burned in a high-frequency furnace, and carbon and sulfur are analyzed using infrared technology, while other elements are measured through photoelectric colorimetry.
Equipped with a brand-new computer and proprietary software, the system offers a fully Chinese menu interface, making it easy to use and navigate. It features a powerful database for storing and querying analysis results and working curves, allowing users to easily modify data, add or delete curves, and generate detailed reports. The system is paired with a high-precision imported electronic balance (0–100g, 0.0001g readability) and a desktop printer for instant result output.
