The first microgrid street lamp in Qinghai was born

Recently, relying on the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the "Party, Government, and Enterprises Building a Model Village" project, the 80-inch streetlight with 10 kw photovoltaic power generation and 50 kw/86 kwh lithium battery energy storage was integrated in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County but was hidden in the village. Main village roads, cultural squares, schools and other public places are shining.

This science and technology Huimin project built by Qinghai Times New Energy Co., Ltd. is the first small photovoltaic energy storage microgrid street light project in our province. The project centralizes photovoltaic power generation and battery energy storage systems, replaces traditional lead-acid batteries with lithium batteries, and enables remote monitoring and maintenance via the Internet. This not only saves maintenance costs, but also allows capacity expansion and upgrades to meet greater demand for electricity. According to observations, the street lights using the device in the Tibetan village can be continuously powered for one week on cloudy days, becoming a demonstration site for small-scale photovoltaic energy storage microgrids suitable for popularization in the agricultural and pastoral areas of our province.
