SIPLACE X Series Gets the Highest LED Mounting Efficiency

By combining the powerful placement capabilities of the SIPLACE 20 with the vision system of the SIPLACE X-Series, from conveyor belts to other feed modules, today's SIPLACE machines are ready to mount LEDs of various sizes (up to 6 x 6 mm), module density High and the placement speed is abnormally high. By using the SIPLACE software, electronics manufacturers can respond to the ever-changing range of products in the BLU field with the rapid replacement of placement procedures, placement modes, transfer modes and feed modules. In addition, the SIPLACE X-Series's conveyor belt can be adjusted up to 800mm, and the device will be able to handle PCBs up to 800mm long.

BLU size and efficiency are key challenges

Typically, 30-80 LEDs are required on each BLU module, and a total of 17 BLUs are placed on each PCB, so a large number of LEDs need to be placed, and the SIPLACE head is easy to achieve. Compared with the common placement head, it is necessary to repeatedly pick up and drop components according to the established track. The rotating SIPLACE head can stay in place and only need to move the nozzle to obtain a very high placement rate.
