The NJU6573 is a dot matrix LCD driver IC consisting of a COM driver (16 drivers), a SEG driver (100 drivers), a boost circuit, an oscillating circuit, a shift register, and a latch circuit. In the past, the product was generally bare, and the NJU6573 was packaged in LQFP144 (20×20mm typ. t=1.70mm (MAX)), so it was easy to install and use.
Feature 1 can represent 16COM×100SEG (1600 Segment) in a single package
A single package can represent 1600 pen segments (in the case of 5 x 7 dots, it is expressed as 20 x 2). It is most suitable for multi-segment, space-saving car audio.
