In the game, innovation, and citizenship of the world, the winning teams were PH21 from Thailand, ENTy from Romania, and AMANDA from Greece. Each team will receive a $50,000 prize, and the final champion, ENTy, will have the opportunity to receive additional personal guidance from Microsoft CEO Satya.

The first three letters of ENTy represent Ear, Nose and Throat. The project uses a wearable device and app to monitor human balance and posture in real time, with the purpose of helping doctors diagnose and examine inner ear diseases (ear inner ear diseases can produce hearing loss, dizziness, and other symptoms).

The monitoring device that the patient needs to wear is only about the size of a cigarette case. The built-in sensor transmits the data to the app and the data can be displayed on the app interface in real time. The doctor can let the patient close their eyes and stand straight for about 20 seconds to complete the entire test and diagnosis.

There are only three ENTy teams from the University Politechnica of Bucharest in Romania. Iulian-Razvan Mateșică is responsible for the hardware, Cristian Alexandrescu is responsible for the development of the app, Flavia Oprea is responsible for the commercial development and the main display and Q&A session of the competition.

ENTy's next product plan is to polish the hardware device more beautifully. Previously, they tested the device with many doctors and hundreds of patients, and everyone appreciated its features, but the hardware devices themselves are not attractive.

ENTy further hopes to make the device more compact and has a B2C business plan, "it must be a sexy wearable device for everyone," Oprea said.

It is also worth noting that the BoneyCare team from China has won the award for the contest. The team designed an app to treat language disorders such as stuttering.
