The main project has been completed and passed the assessment of the five major responsibility masters. The information is complete and can be used for external powder construction.

Second, Construction Preparation

Organizational Preparation:
(1) After careful inspection and selection, the external powder construction team is ready. The team consists of skilled, disciplined, and experienced workers.

Site Preparation:
(1) Construction machinery such as mixers and transport vehicles are on-site and in good working condition. All small tools are available and ready for use.
(2) Materials like sand, cement, lime paste, and finished products have been delivered to the site and have passed quality inspections.

Third, Outer Frame Finishing:
The external powder work around the chimney must be adjusted according to the outer powder requirements. Vertical and horizontal bars should be placed at least 200–250mm away from the wall corners, and the number of wall rods must meet the required standards.

Fourth, Operation Process:
The process includes: applying a base coat, setting up separation strips, wiping the surface, maintaining the layers, and ensuring proper drip lines and joints. Each step is carefully executed to maintain quality and consistency.

Fifth, Quality Standards:
1. The ash layer must be firmly bonded to the substrate with no delamination or cracks.
2. The surface should be smooth, clean, and evenly colored with straight lines and clear edges.
3. Separation strips must be uniform in width and depth, smooth, and straight.
4. Drip lines must be correctly sloped and consistent in size, with a minimum depth of 10mm.

Sixth, Finished Product Protection:
1. Care must be taken when handling materials to avoid damaging the walls. Protective measures should be taken to prevent contamination.
2. Each plaster layer must be protected from drying too quickly or being damaged before it sets.

Seventh, Common Quality Issues and Solutions:
1. Empty drums and cracks may occur due to poor base preparation. Proper cleaning, watering, and maintenance are essential to prevent this.
2. Drip lines not meeting specifications can be fixed by following the correct procedures during installation.
3. Uneven surfaces and inconsistent color can be avoided by using the same batch of cement and avoiding joints in visible areas.

Eighth, Safety Management:
1. Safety gear such as helmets and harnesses must be worn at all times.
2. No unauthorized removal of scaffolding or wall supports is allowed.
3. All working platforms must be fully covered with bamboo planks and properly secured.
4. Debris must not be thrown from high places.
5. Safety nets must remain intact and not removed without permission.
6. Regular checks of scaffolding stability and foundation settlement are required.
7. Workers should be aware of their surroundings and report any hazards immediately.
8. All debris must be cleaned up after each floor is completed.
9. Any safety issues found must be reported promptly for resolution.
10. All personnel must follow safety protocols and respect the instructions of management to ensure a safe working environment.
