The BCT3288 has 16 independent high-precision current sources. Each current source has a current sinking capacity of 40mA. The peripheral hardware circuit of the LED driver is simple. Only one filter capacitor and one resistor for setting the current are required. The maximum drive current capability of each channel is external. The resistor is set. The operating voltage range is 2.7~5.5V, and the VIH is 0.6VDD, so it can be well applied to the 2.8V VIO mobile phone platform.
The BCT3288 is a pollution-free, lead-free, environmentally friendly product with an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a QFN-24 (4mm × 4mm) package.
