1. Download the firmware upgrade package for Changhong Smart TV, and then decompress it to get a file with the suffix pkg and a file with the suffix zip.

2. Copy the two files to the root directory of the U disk (the U disk is formatted once to prevent the upgrade from being invalid). After the copy is completed, insert the U disk into the USB interface of Changhong TV, and then turn off the TV and restart it.
3. When the TV screen shows “Upgradeâ€, it means that Changhong TV has been upgrading. After about 5 minutes, the upgrade is completed and the TV is automatically restarted.
Note: If you can't upgrade, please enter the TV factory menu to check whether the codes on the movement code and the upgrade file are the same. If they match, try to replace the U disk again. If the U disk identification time exceeds 8s, the boot upgrade will not be successful. Please replace the U disk.
